Planning a toast for every guest? Give bubbles at least 20% — one 750ml bottle pours about six flutes.

Beer

Split by style. We add a 10% buffer — beer is the one thing guests reach for without thinking.

Signature Cocktails

Full Bar Spirits

For guests ordering off-menu — a gin and tonic, a whiskey neat, a vodka soda. These are the bottles behind the bar. Pours are figured at 1.5 oz.

Bar Staples & Liqueurs

The supporting cast — the bottles that turn spirits into classics. Toggle what you'd like stocked and we'll size it to your guest count.

How we get there. Bottles are 750ml (25.4 oz). Wine pours at 5 oz — about five glasses per bottle; sparkling at 4 oz, about six. Beer counts as one 12 oz can or bottle per drink, plus a 10% buffer. Spirits pour at 1.5 oz unless you've set a cocktail differently. Everything rounds up to whole bottles, cases, and cans — you can always send the unopened ones home.

An estimate, not a promise. Every crowd is its own animal. If your guest list skews toward one end — a wedding where everyone's ordering the signature, a summer afternoon where it's all beer — tell us and we'll adjust the mix with you.

Questions on any of it? That's what the consultation is for. Bring this list to our call and we'll walk it line by line. Cheers.

What the bottles cost

Same list, three shelves. Pick a tier to see roughly what your order comes to — then browse the labels behind each one. Every bottle below is a real brand at a real shelf price, so you can walk into a shop knowing what you're looking for.

Prices are US shelf averages surveyed in August 2026 for a 750ml bottle — beer is priced by the case of 24. They move with retailer, state, and season, and warehouse clubs routinely beat them. Treat these as orientation, not a quote. Mixing tiers is not only fine, it's what we'd suggest: a standard vodka disappears into a cocktail with fresh-squeezed juice, while the bottle poured neat is worth trading up. Nothing here is a brand we're paid to name — just what we see working behind the bar.
